Based on Client's requirements for a moderate hotel with adequate features, our response is a design scheme that answers the spacial requirements as well as provide a grand experience for the hotel guests.

Our design solution provided for sufficient lodging areas, entertainment and leisure, as well as eatery. The basement area allows for uninterrupted and adequate parking.

The overall exterior and interior designs were extensively integrated to suit Clients brief.
